Homestead Brick Restoration
Client & Scope

Rebuilt 5 buttresses, replaced damaged brick, repointed mortar joints, installed helical ties, and carried out localized caulking replacement.
Matching brick was sourced to ensure consistency in colour and texture with the existing masonry.
Execution
Pedestrian protection installed; work completed from a swing stage, repositioned as needed.
Facade Restoration
Client & Scope

✔ Chipped and repointed deteriorated mortar joints.
✔ Replaced deteriorated cap stones.
✔ Installed stainless steel drip flashings.
✔ Installed new caulking to improve weather resistance.
Execution
Work completed using an aerial work platform to safely access all elevations.








Retaining Wall Restoration
Client & Scope

Removal and reconstruction of a retaining wall and accessible ramp, including geotextile tie-backs, new concrete with tactile strips, and the salvage and reinstallation of existing railings.
Execution
Worked around an existing high-voltage transformer that could not be relocated due to budget constraints.
Heritage Masonry Restoration
Client & Scope
Client: St. Mark Cathedral, Kingston
✔ Chipped and repointed masonry joints.
✔ Replaced deteriorated masonry units.
✔ Repaired and pinned damaged limestone as required.
✔Work performed under heritage permit in compliance with City of Kingston policies.
Execution
Deployed multiple access systems to safely complete all required work.








Bell Tower Stabilization & Restoration
Client & Scope
Client: St. Mary’s Cathedral, Kingston
✔ Chipped and repointed loose masonry joints on the bell tower.
✔ Installed 36 structural pins into a cracked buttress.
✔ Coordinated heritage slate roof repairs with a specialized subcontractor.
Execution
Work was completed safely using aerial lifts, including a 185 ft unit—one of the largest in North America—for access at the bell tower, with pedestrian protection in place. Also, a drone was used for the condition assessment. The team continues to work closely with the client to address additional reconstruction needs.
Stone Wall Restoration & Structural Repair
Client & Scope

✔ Dismantled and rebuilt deteriorated stone areas to restore structural integrity.
✔ Chipped and repointed the stone wall beneath the terrace.
✔ Supplied and installed new Kingston Limestone caps, matched to existing materials.
Execution
Sourced limestone through a local distribution partner to meet schedule requirements. Maintained full occupancy access throughout construction.
